Living With Construction

Customers, visitors and residents on our developments:

St. Modwen Homes pays the highest regard to Health & Safety and with this in mind we would like to bring the following points to the attention of visitors and occupiers:

Construction areas (fenced & warning signs in place)

NEVER enter any areas of construction unless accompanied by a member of St. Modwen Homes staff and wearing the correct protective clothing.

OBEY all warning signs when on site. DON’T climb on ladders or scaffolds; they are for the use of trained personnel only. REMIND children of the dangers of construction sites and always keep them with you when
visiting.

BE AWARE of delivery vehicles and machinery drivers as they may not be able to see you. CHECK your speed; roads may have unfinished surfaces and raised
manholes. PARK with care; do not block access routes which emergency services might have to use.

Children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. NOTE children visiting the construction areas can only be considered if they are able to wear the personal protective equipment which we supply.

Hey there, couldn’t help noticing you’re using Internet Explorer

That’s great and all, and we commend you for pushing through with it. Unfortunately we no longer offer support for IE; it hasn’t received a major update since 2015 and Microsoft are dropping support for it later in the year.

If you’re using Windows 10 and want to stick with a built in browser, please consider switching to Edge. Or, if you really want to enjoy the internet properly we strongly recommend downloading Google Chrome here.
